The Department of Accounting and Finance organizes the Postgraduate Program "Public Economics and Policy" with the aim of preparing students for high-level staffing in the Greek public sector, as well as international organizations. The level of knowledge provided allows for the continuation of studies at the doctoral level.

Specifically, we aim to:

Preparing executives capable of working in public organizations and institutions in Greece and the European Union.
Developing knowledge and skills of already working executives in public administration.
Developing a broader educational environment that combines theory, research and practical applications, using modern methodologies and teaching tools.
Providing the necessary high-level knowledge, with the aim of efficient and effective control of human and financial resources, a basic prerequisite for the economic development of our country and the European Union.

The program leads to the award of a Master's Degree in Public Economics and Policy. The course lasts three semesters. Holders of a first-cycle degree from university departments and TEIs in Greece or from similar, recognized institutions abroad are admitted to the program.
